I prescribe and manage psychiatric medications. This includes selecting the right medications for you and making sure that your medications meet your needs.

Nutritional Support

I offer nutritional counseling for people who want that service. I check your basic nutritional status with standard lab tests to see whether the root cause of a psychiatric presentation could be caused by a nutritional issue.

Neurofeedback and Biofeedback

People need to have a good connection with their thinking and their body to make progress.

My Approach

Since some things work better than others for each person, I offer a range of treatment options. Some people do very well with the medications they know and have been on for years. Some like non-medication treatments, some prefer meditation and breathing, some do well with new things they have never been exposed to. I always have something new for you to try.

About me

I'm a curious guy, always interested in something new. Sometimes it's technology, sometimes it's digging up things from the 1940s that still work great today. I probably listened to a new podcast this morning on my way in to work. I'm always looking for something new, something else to try.

Getting help is easier today than ever. I offer telehealth statewide in Indiana and Oregon. If you prefer to come in person, I have offices in Crown Point, Indiana and Salem, Oregon.
